Account Deletion
Request deletion of your Upwyze account
Upwyze allows users to delete their account directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (recommended)
1) Open UpwyzeLog in to your account.
2) Go to Profile → SettingsOpen account settings.
3) Tap “Delete Account”Confirm to complete the request.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email us from your registered email address with the subject: “Account Deletion Request”.
What will be deleted
- Account profile and profile details
- Bookings / sessions history
- In-app messages / chat history
- Wallet history associated with the account
Processing time: typically within 7 business days (may vary based on legal/accounting requirements).
